1. Pcb Layout design engineer.

• 5+ years CAD/PCB design.
• Proficient in Cadence Allegro.
• Must be proficient with High speed / High density board design/layout, Blind and buried vias.
• Familiarity with all phases of hardware development including: schematic entry, manually generated constraints and/or understand the requirements of the constraints, and board layout.
• A self-starter, highly motivated, with excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

2. Hardware engineer ... (analog/digital/mixed signal)

• 7-10 years experience as a hardware design engineer, taking designs from concept to manufacturing on aggressive development schedules.
• Expertise in hardware, PCB, and high-speed design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience developing functional specifications based on product requirement documents and inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Schematic capture experience using Or-cad or Concept-HDL.
• Solid understanding of digital logic, signal integrity, power circuitry, and high-speed PCB design techniques.
• Experience with FPGAs, Ethernet PHYs, DDR and QDR Memories, CPUs, switching power supplies.
• Understanding of manufacturing design issues, including DFT & DFM.
• Experience conducting and coordinating DVT, including SI characterization, environmental testing, power characterization, stress testing.
• Experience debugging complex systems.
• Experience with 10G serdes and high-speed serial interfaces is desired.
