Library Management
- We build and verify a custom footprint for every part before it goes on a board
- Each client gets its own library, kept separate from everyone else's
- 3D models are attached to the footprints, so the mechanical check happens in layout
Manufacturing Package and DFM/DFA
- The full release package comes straight out of your CAD data: Gerber or ODB++, drill files, fab and assembly drawings, stackup drawing
- Every board gets a DFM/DFA pass before release; production runs get the full analysis
